By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

3. Description of Services

Prospara offers structured financial education programs conducted in-person at our Johor Bahru premises. Current programs include Everyday Money Skills, Introduction to Unit Trusts & ETFs, and Credit & Debt Navigation. Program schedules, content, facilitators, and pricing are subject to change. Prospara does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or credit counselling services. All content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional financial guidance.

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods include online banking, credit card, debit card, and cash at the centre. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all program materials unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3–7 days before the first session are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future cohort. Cancellations within 2 days of the first session are non-refundable. Prospara reserves the right to cancel a program cohort due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prospara reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment for others.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, worksheets, presentation content, website content, and course design are the intellectual property of Prospara. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or adapt our materials without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Prospara's programs are delivered for educational purposes only. Nothing in our programs, materials, or website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, credit counselling, or legal advice. Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser, credit counsellor, or legal professional for advice specific to their personal circumstances.

While we take care to ensure content accuracy, Prospara makes no warranty that program content is free from error or reflects the most current regulatory position at all times. We recommend verifying regulatory information with the relevant Malaysian authorities (BNM, SC, AKPK).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Prospara's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the program fee you paid for the specific program in question. Prospara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in or reliance on program content. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prospara harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of program materials, or any conduct during sessions that causes harm to Prospara or other participants.

10. Termination

Prospara may terminate your enrollment with notice if you breach these Terms. You may withdraw from a program at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 4. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally through direct communication. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to mediation before court proceedings are initiated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
